Which OES is best for a foundry?
Exquis T4 fits routine single-matrix QC; Innovate T5 is better for plants running multiple alloy families or requiring a wider wavelength range.
Can OES replace a carbon sulfur analyzer?
Not fully. OES is fast for production control, while combustion C/S analyzers provide reference-grade carbon and sulfur values for cast iron and steel.
