Noble T7 Optical Emission Spectrometer
The Noble T7 is a research-grade full-spectrum optical emission spectrometer for foundries, smelters and laboratories analyzing high volumes of solid metal samples. A constant-temperature optical chamber (±0.1 °C) holds spectral position stable for long shifts, and the wide 120–800 nm window covers trace elements down to single-digit ppm — useful for aerospace QA, new-material research and certification testing.

Frequently asked questions
How does the Noble T7 differ from the Innovate T5?
Both share the 401 mm Paschen-Runge optics. The T7 extends the wavelength range to 120–800 nm, adds a constant-temperature optical chamber (±0.1 °C) for automatic drift calibration, and targets sub-10-ppm accuracy. The T5 is the production floor workhorse; the T7 is the research and certification tool.
What detection limit does the T7 achieve?
Better than 10 ppm for most elements in matrices with good calibration coverage. Sub-ppm performance is achievable for specific element/matrix combinations with extended calibration.
Can it identify metal grades automatically?
Yes. Pre-loaded grade libraries allow one-click identification against international standards (AISI, GB, EN, JIS). Custom grade libraries can be added.
What gas and power infrastructure does it need?
Argon 99.999 % (5N) at approximately 3 L/min during sparking. AC 220 V / 50 Hz, single-phase. The optical chamber thermostat draws minimal additional power.
Lead time and warranty?
15 working days from confirmed order for stock configurations. 12-month parts-and-labor warranty, optional 24-month extension.
